Welcome
On the chosen start date, the writer will receive a warm welcome email from their project manager, introducing them to the exciting journey of documenting their life story. Along with the welcome, they’ll receive an expert guide on how to begin journaling and writing their legacy, equipping them with the tools they need to get started.
Step 2
Project Start
Each week, a carefully crafted question will be sent to evoke memories, values, and meaningful moments. In response, the writer will create a story of approximately 500 words, perhaps accompanied by a photo, gradually building the narrative of their legacy. To help avoid feeling overwhelmed, they will also receive weekly writing tips for each prompt and further guidance through our newsletter.
Step 3
Editing
After 12 months and 52 prompts, our specialist editors will carefully refine and format the stories, ensuring that the writer’s unique voice and personality are preserved. Every edit is handled with attention to detail to maintain the authenticity of their legacy.
Step 4
Publishing
The completed story will be professionally published as a beautifully bound hardcover, fully owned by the writer. The book will also include space for handwritten messages or personal values they wish to pass down to future generations, creating a timeless keepsake for posterity.
Step 5
Shipping
After a year of writing, we will ship your completed and published Life Legacy Book to the address given to us by the buyer. We aim to deliver the parcel on the same date that the project was started the previous year.
